Liberty SIPP publishes new Service Charter

Liberty SIPP, as part of their commitment to Treating Customers Fairly, today publish their service charter to make clients and their IFAs know about the service levels they can expect from the company.

Liberty’s John Fox says:

“We conducted a pretty thorough review, with the help of our customers, about their expectations. Many people wanted to know what the timescales they could expect from us in processing their applications and all other aspects of our service. The resultant service charter is pretty clear and easy to understand and we trust that it adds to our clients’ experience of Liberty’s products.”

Liberty will also in the coming weeks, as a result of the TCF survey, be implementing an easier application process with clearer, jargon free forms, which should ease any misunderstandings in the application process.
