Free Flexible Drawdown
At Liberty our ethos has always been that SIPPs are set up with the expectation that one day they will be used to draw a pension. We’ve never understood why, when this option is chosen, that clients should have to pay additional fees for the privilege.
Here at Liberty we don’t charge for a client to take a pension and we will extend this stance to the provision of flexible drawdown. We will not charge to set up flexible drawdown or have an annual charge to administer it. The only charge a client could incur, in addition to their normal SIPP fees, would be if he/she emptied their whole SIPP within the first five years after commencing flexible drawdown - in which case we would charge £100 to close the SIPP.
