Terms of service

I hereby apply on-line to become a member of Liberty SIPP. I understand that in processing this application I will be passing personal information via the internet. Whilst I understand that Liberty SIPP Limited have endeavoured to take all necessary precautions to ensure that this information is processed in a secure and timely way, I hereby indemnify them for any corruption or loss that could happen to this information due to actions by bodies outside of Liberty’s direct control or responsibility.  I acknowledge that e-mail communications are unencrypted, and as such, information sent and requested in this form has a remote chance of interception.

I have read the terms and conditions for becoming a member of The Liberty Appropriate Pension Plan and by completing this on-line application form agree to their contents.
